Michael Mapes: Specimen Collections
Reception: August 21, 1:30 - 2:30 pm
Richland Community College welcomes Champaign artist, Michael Mapes,
to the David Erlanson Gallery August 18-September 12. Mapes works primarily
in photographic and mixed media assemblage, creating portraits from
various media in the style of scientific documentation. His artwork
can be found here. Please
join us in our first reception of the semester, August 21st from 1:30-2:30pm.
The event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
The gallery is open weekdays, 10:00am-3:00pm. For more information on
